True to its conception as a network for the sharing of information and ideas, the web is a treasure trove of useful tools, scripts and advice, the majority of it FREE.
It still amazes me that I can advertise a problem on the net and within minutes find a solution. Since I started working in web development in the early 90s, I've depended as much on the web community as my own ability.
Without the help of my fellow netziens I may have learned as much, but not as quickly and not as with so much fun. So here are a just a few of those whose scripts, tools and advice have helped me over the years.
This list is obviously an ongoing project, reflecting the tools, technologies and freely-given help I discover, test and use. In fact, my plan is to develop this space into co-operative work space focussed on my current interests in Human/System Interfaces, the mobile internet and ICT in education & development.
Thank you all,and keep up the good work!
